ANTIBODY COMPLEX, METHOD FOR DETECTING ANTIGEN, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING ANTIBODY COMPLEX

The object aims to improve the sensitivity of the detection of MUSTag.  Thus, disclosed is a cross-linked antibody complex comprising: a nucleic acid chain which serves as a label; an antibody capable of being bound specifically to an antigen; and an adapter part capable of binding the nucleic acid chain to the antibody.  In the antibody complex, the adapter part comprises any one immunoglobulin-binding domain selected from protein G, protein A and protein L, and the adapter part can be bound to the antibody via the immunoglobulin-binding domain.  The adapter part is chemically cross-linked to the antibody to form the cross-linked antibody complex.
