PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join a housing of an actuator by welding to reduce the cost and size in a switching type liquid filled vibration control device. SOLUTION: The actuator 72 for rotary-driving a valve 44 for switching between opening and closing of orifice passages 40, 42 is provided opposite to the outside of a peripheral wall part of a second fixture 14. In the housing 87 of the actuator, an output shaft 74 of a motor 85 is projected on a first face 87A opposite to the second fixture, and a connector 88 for connecting to an external power supply is projected on the top face 87B of the housing toward the direction vertical to the output shaft. The housing 87 includes a first housing part 96 and a second housing part 98, which are joined to each other by a joining part 94, and after the position of the joining part 94 is set so that the connector 88 is projected on the first housing part 96 side in the top face 87B of the housing, both housing parts are joined to each other at the joining part 94 by welding.
