PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing body for a shutter device, which has excellent bendability and endures the repetition of unwinding and winding, while being composed of a fireproof sheet for a disaster-prevention shutter reinforced with a metallic reinforcing material; and to provide the shutter device using the opening/closing body. SOLUTION: This opening/closing body 10 for the shutter device, which makes a closing motion in such a manner as to partition a space by being unwound from a storage section 30, is equipped with a metal wire-knitted net 11a1 with fire resistance and flexibility, and a fabric 11a2 containing ceramic yarn with fire resistance and flexibility; and a flexible adhesive layer containing an adhesive resin and/or a reaction-curable compound is interposed between the metal wire-knitted net and the fabric containing the ceramic yarn, so as to bring about the opening/closing body for the shutter device, having excellent bending durability, and the shutter device using the opening/closing body.
