<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard disk cartridge which is prevented from falling inadvertently when attached or detached to or from a device by always reliably grasping the outer case regardless of a difference in the way of grasping and a difference in the sizes of a hand. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hard disk cartridge 1 includes a disk drive body 3 and an outer case 2 in the shape of a flat and rectangular box housing the disk drive body 3. An anti-slip groove 9 is formed at a place closer to the rear end of the outer case 2. The groove 9 is formed around upper and lower walls 10 etc. and the right and left sidewalls 12, 12 of the outer case 2. A non-slip member 13 is buried and mounted into the groove 9.
