<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watering apparatus which can be suitably used for employing independent driving electric power to facilitate automatic watering. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The watering apparatus employs such a main power supply as to charge electric power generated by a solar battery in an electric double-layer capacitor to enable semipermanent charge and discharge of the electric power.
