PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system, which simplifies functions in a number of terminals, which does not generate a time lag in execution of operations in each terminal, even when a communication line with slow communication speed is adopted, and which prevents concentration of traffics in a certain time band to successfully perform information distribution. SOLUTION: In the information distribution system 30 with an information distribution device 31 having a transmitter 36 which transmits information to be distributed by radio, and a plurality of information receiving terminals 32 having receivers 44 which receive the information transmitted from the information distribution device 31, the information distribution device 31 has a command transmitting means 37 which transmits a command for instructing execution of the transmitted information via the transmitter 36, and each information receiving terminal 32 has a storage means 46 for storing the received information, and a control means 50 for performing control so that an operation based on the information stored in the storage means 46 is executed when the command is received.
