<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving mechanism of a deck board, which facilitates the moving work of the deck board and improves the appearance of a trunk room. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Provided is the moving mechanism of the deck board 7 arranged in a trunk room 3 of a vehicle 1, and it is characterized by comprising: the deck board 7 movable between an upper position and a lower position below the upper position, when the trunk room 3 is divided into two parts vertically; guide shafts 71 protruded from both sides in a vehicle width direction on the vehicle front side of the deck board 7; guide grooves 5 arranged on side walls 3D constituting both sides of the trunk room 3 in the vehicle width direction, and guiding the guide shafts 71 between upper fixing positions 51 corresponding to the upper positions and lower fixing positions 52 corresponding to the lower positions; and valve members 10 projectable and retreatable between regulatory positions appearing in the guide grooves 5 and regulating backward move of the guide shafts 71, and a permissive positions hiding inside the side walls 3D and permitting the guide shafts 71 to move in normal directions.
