<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand cleaner in which wear and deformation of a brush can be prevented as far as possible and height of the brush can be adjusted even if wear and deformation of the brush progress. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hand cleaner is configured as follows: The hand cleaner in which wheels are rotated by pushing a handle by hands and a sweeping brush is rotated by using the rotation to collect dust in a dust hopper, is provided with a driving gear integrally provided with a pair of the wheels, a pair of plate bodies provided neighboring the wheels and turnable centering on a wheel shaft, driven gears provided on the plate bodies and linked to the rotation shaft of a rotary brush, the rotary brush journaled between the plate bodies, and a link mechanism for raising/lowering the rotary brush by tuning of the plate bodies.
