PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine providing electronic money settlement or electronic information distribution by use of a mobile terminal such as a cellphone, distributing an advertisement such as commodity information of a purchase commodity to the mobile terminal of a user as electronic information without requiring a time without access to a server in time of commodity purchase by electronic money in the vending machine. SOLUTION: The electronic information to be distributed is previously obtained from the server 10 and is stored in an electronic information storage means 12, the electronic information of a sales commodity is distributed to an electronic information means 6 when performing settlement by the electronic money, and thereafter the settlement of the electronic money is performed, so that the electronic information of the purchase commodity can be information-distributed to the mobile terminal of the user without requiring a time for accessing the server 10 managing the electronic information in time of the settlement.
