The present invention relates to an adhesive composition which forms an interpenetrating network structure when cured, and which contains an adhesion stabilizer, and to a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display. As the present invention employs an adhesion stabilizer with a functionality capable of quickly reacting to a multi-functional cross-linking agent, ageing of adhesion after preparation of the adhesive composition quickly ends, thus making it possible to quickly stabilize the adhesion, to improve re-peelability under room temperature or heating conditions, and maintain an excellent durability and reliability, an excellent workability, and reduced light leakage characteristics under high-temperature and/or high-humidity conditions.
