The sealing earplug is characterised in that the sealing plug (1) comprises an engagement anatomical head (2) with the shape moulded and adapted to the shape of the 5 pinna (12), provided with an external end of an unidirectional pneumatic valve (5) and with an internal duct (6) that fluidly connects said valve (5) with a tubular appendix (3) provided to be inserted, at least partially, inside the external ear duct, coated with a 10 thin cover (41) made from an elastomeric material and provided with holes (8) that communicate the internal space of the appendix with the internal face of the cover (41), so that when air is blown through the valve (5) with said inflating means, said cover (41) is inflated to 15 constitute said sealing globule (4), which adapts its shape to the particular shape of the external ear duct (9).
