The machine has a flat sifter or a zigzag sifter with two grinding rollers e.g. plain rollers and corrugated rollers, which are rotatably supported at the sifter. The grinding rollers exhibit two control parameters e.g. speed and temperature, which are adjusted independent of each other. The grinding rollers have electric drives, which are electrically or mechanically coupled with each other. The grinding rollers are arranged together such that a milling gap is provided between surfaces of the grinding rollers.
