The center (10) has an emergency key, and a key operated switch (12) that is integrated in a push-button of the emergency key. A surface of an actuator (13) locks with a surface of the key operated switch in a pressed condition for operating the push-button. The surface of the actuator projects over the surface of the key operated switch. The push-button is a long length hub push-button comprising a long switching hub or a short length hub push-button comprising short switching hub. Light units (14) i.e. LEDs, are arranged along a circumference of the actuator.
