PURPOSE: An address search navigation system and an address search method are provided to guide a route to a road near coordinates of an input address by offering a POI(Point Of Interest) list including POIs having the same address as the address inputted by the user. CONSTITUTION: A GSP module(100) receives information about the current position of a vehicle through a satellite. An input unit(300) receives operation commands or address inputted by the user. A control unit(400) extracts POI information corresponding to the inputted address from a database, creates a POI list according to the extracted POI information, and creates route data to one POI location in the POI list.
