PURPOSE: A bus arrival time notifying service is provided to offer bus arrival time information, corresponding to the location, bus number, and time band inputted by the user, through SMS(Short Message Service). CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal receives bus information and destination as input and transmits the information to a service providing server, and receives a destination arrival notifying service. The service providing server grasps the location of a bus corresponding to bus identification information, and creates destination arrival message and transmits the message to the mobile communication terminal.
