PURPOSE: A digital broadcasting transmitter and a stream processing method thereof are provided to transmit various broadcasting signals by adding plural turbo streams to a normal stream. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of turbo preprocessing units(152) preprocesses a plurality of additional data streams. A plurality of outer encoders(154) encodes the additional data streams preprocessed in the plural turbo preprocessing units. A plurality of outer interleavers(156) interleaves the additional data streams encoded in the plural outer encoders. A stuffer unit(160) generates a transport stream by inserting the plural additional data streams, interleaved in the plural outer interleavers, into a normal stream.
