<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED mounting structure which allows quality of soldering of an LED to be appropriately determined, while securing sufficient joint strength of the LED, and capable of solving the nonconformities, such as, degradation of the luminous efficiency and of uneven luminance by preventing inclination of the LED. <P>SOLUTION: This LED mounting structure is structured, such that an insulation board 15 of the LED 13 is arranged vertically with respect to a mounting board 14 to emit light in parallel with the mounting board 14; and the LED 13 is mounted to the mounting board 14, by soldering electrode terminals of the LED 13 to conductive parts formed on the mounting board 14 by melting soldering lands 19 formed on the mounting board 14. An extension part 19A, extending outward from the vicinity of the electrode terminal of the LED 13, is formed on each soldering land 19, and the width of a joint part 19B, formed in the vicinity of the electrode terminal inside the extension part 19A of the soldering land 19, is set smaller than that of the extension part 19A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
