摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicular power transmission device having a plurality of speed change parts controlled by an electric motor, can prevent deterioration of durability of electric parts related to the drive of the electric motor. <P>SOLUTION: A speed change timing determination means 80 determines, when simultaneous opposite speed change of a first speed change part 16 and a second speed change part 20 is performed, whether the speed change timing is within a predetermined allowable range. A simultaneous opposite speed change forced terminating means 84 forcedly terminates the speed change timing of the simultaneous opposite speed change by electric motors M1 and M2 when the determination means 80 determines that the speed change timing is determined not to be within the predetermined allowable range.
