PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing performance of an intake control valve of a variable intake device. SOLUTION: An intake passage is changed over to a short port or a long port by opening and closing the intake control valve 10 disposed at a first opening part 6. The intake control valve 10 includes a valve body 21, and is provided with a seal lip 23 made of soft elastic material of which tip extends out toward a reverse direction of a rotation direct when a first opening part 6 is changed from an open state to a close state, and which bends toward an inside of the first opening part 6 when the first opening part 6 is closed and adheres on an inner circumference surface 6a of the first opening part 6 on an outer circumference end surface 22 of the valve body 21. Consequently, the seal lip 23 bends with good following properties and easily adheres on the inner circumference surface 6a of the first opening part 6 when the first opening part 6 is closed, and sealing performance of the first opening part 6 in the close state can be greatly improved.
