PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a calorie-stable gas of high quality to gas supply destinations such as power plants, without the need for large-scale facilities. SOLUTION: A system and a method are provided which include determining the mixture ratio of a light LNG gas to a heavy LNG gas by using a computing equation including as its parameters the feed rate and calorie of an added gas fed to a gas main pipe 10, the feed rate and calorie of the light LNG gas, and the feed rate and calorie of the heavy LNG, so that the gas calorie in the entrance side of the gas main pipe 10 is constant, and which include controlling the feed rate of the light LNG and the heavy LNG to the gas main pipe 10 based on the determined mixture ratio.
