PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outrigger device and a working machine capable of making action speed of an outrigger constant even if a plurality of outriggers are simultaneously operated and even if they are individually operated. SOLUTION: In the outrigger device of the working machine having a plurality of outriggers driven by a plurality of slide cylinders 21S-51S connected to a variable displacement pump 100 through a projection storage directional control valve 101 and control valves 110-113 and jack cylinders 22S-52S, a control part 201 changes the capacity of the variable displacement pump 100 through a capacity switching valve 102 according to an operation mode.
