PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of suggesting the number of rounds of unit games to a player while preventing the player from feeling bored. SOLUTION: In the Pachinko game machine, symbol determining means selects a round number suggesting presentation pattern from among presentation patterns stored in pattern storage means according to the content of determination by a winning lottery means. When the round number suggesting presentation pattern is selected, the increase in the number of rounds of unit games is indicated with the increase in the number of apples at prescribed timing of progress while ornament symbols are falsely varied, and the number of rounds of unit games is indicated with the number of apples at the final timing of progress. When the round number suggesting presentation pattern is selected, change of the degree of expectancy representing the possibility of a special game being executed is indicated with change of the color of the apples at the timing of progress, and the final degree of expectancy is indicated with the color of the apples at the final timing of progress.
