QUALITY CHECK METHOD AND RESIN MOLD MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably check the molding conditions and the quality of the resin molds themselves within a short time period when injection molding. SOLUTION: When checking the appropriateness of at least one of: the molding conditions of the stamper 20 (molded resin stamper) having the injection molded asperity pattern 25 consisting of the recesses 27 (recesses on molds) matching the projections constituting the data track patterns of an information recording medium and the projections 26 (projections on molds) matching the recesses constituting the data track patterns; and the stamper 20 itself, the check is carried out for the specified molded state by: using the projections 26a having the length La2 in the arrow Ra2 direction (the second direction) indicating the turning direction of the information recording medium shorter than the length Lb2 in the arrow Rb2 direction of the projections 26b matching the recesses constituting the data track pattern for the projections to check; and specifying the molded state of the projections 26a based on the quality decision conditions specified beforehand.
