Ž<P>SOLUTION: A capacitor 58 is provided on motor MG1, MG2-side further than a first relay 61 and a second relay 6, 2 in parallel relative to two batteries 51, 52 having different voltages. When switching from the battery 51 under discharging to the battery 52 lower in voltage, the first on-state relay 61 is turned off and a capacitor voltage Vc is lowered down to a second battery voltage Vb2, by discharging from the capacitor 58 caused by the drive of the motors MG1, MG2; and then the second relay 62 is turned on. When switching from the battery 52 under charging to the battery 51 higher in voltage, the second on-state relay 62 is turned off; and the capacitor voltage Vc is boosted up to the first battery voltage Vb1; by charging the capacitor 58 accompanying the drive of the motors MG1, MG2, and then the first relay 61 is turned on.
