PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for a wound, which can be applied to the wound and control the wound easily and sanitarily and is also suitable for rehabilitation. SOLUTION: The instrument for the wound includes at least: a cover capable of covering the wound in a sealed state; at least one communication port used for sucking fluid from the inside of the cover and/or supplying the fluid to the inside of the cover and provided so as to communicate the inside and outside of the cover; and a wound contact sheet disposed inside the cover between the cover and the wound. The wound contact sheet has a fixed area directly or indirectly fixed to the inner side of the cover, and a separation area which can be separated from the inner side of the cover.
