PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain an antimicrobial-antiviral environment in an indoor space by using an air conditioning apparatus such as a humidifier, a dehumidifying device, an air cleaner and a heating-cooling device. SOLUTION: The air conditioning apparatus is provided with an air blowing system for sucking indoor air by an air blowing fan, performing air conditioning to achieve a predetermined state by a predetermined air conditioning means and then, blowing out the air to an outdoor side. The air conditioning apparatus is provided with an antimicrobial-antiviral agent adding means for adding a chlorine dioxide antimicrobial-antiviral agent permitting concentration control. The antimicrobial-antiviral agent having a predetermined concentration is mixed with the air blown out to the indoor side via the antimicrobial-antiviral agent adding means, so as to form the antimicrobial-antiviral environment on the indoor side by the air with which the antimicrobial-antiviral agent is mixed.
