PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a collision at an intersection by precisely predicting the determination error of an oncoming right-turning vehicle which frequently occurs when a straight advancing vehicle travels toward the intersection at higher speed than around. SOLUTION: When a one's own vehicle as a priority vehicle advances straight at a front intersection, a control unit 7 calculates a risk to the other vehicle that intersects, and calculates a relative speed between a vehicle traveling at the lowest speed among vehicles traveling in parallel and the one's own vehicle. When the relative speed is equal to or higher than a set value, the control unit 7 outputs alarm by communication equipment 3, corrects the risk on the basis of the relative speed and sets the corrected risk in the final risk. When the relative speed is lower than the set value, the control unit 7 sets the risk as the final risk as it is. On the other hand, when the one's own vehicle as the priority vehicle does not travel straight at the front intersection, it calculates risks about all of the other vehicles that intersect, calculates the relative speed of each of the other vehicles that intersect the lowest-speed vehicle as reference, corrects the risk of each of the other vehicles that intersect on the basis of the relative speed, and makes the maximum value of the risks be the final risk.
