<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a first key to be used in a handover destination radio base station (Target eNB) by a simplified procedure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mobile communication method is used for establishing communication between a mobile station UE and the radio base station eNB using a predetermined key. In the handover procedure of the mobile station UE, the handover destination radio base station (Target eNB) acquires both a first key K<SB>eNB[n+1]</SB>for generating a predetermined key to be used in communication with the mobile station UE and a first key K<SB>eNB[n+2]</SB>for generating a predetermined key to be used in the communication between the next handover destination radio base station and the mobile station.
