A wireless communication device has as large a mounting area as possible for each antenna, and an RFID tag capability that can be shared among the UHF-band RFID system, and the LF-band RFID system or the HF-band RFID system that cover a communication distance identical to the communication distance covered by respective stand-alone UHF-band, and LF-band or HF-band systems. The wireless communication device includes an integrated circuit (4) having a communication capability at a first frequency band, a conductive body (3) connected with one of input/output terminals of the integrated circuit (4), an integrated circuit (5) having a communication capability at a second frequency band, and a second conductive body connected across the input/output terminals of the integrated circuit (5). The second conductive body is composed of a spiral shaped conductive material body (2). The other input/output terminal of the integrated circuit (4) is connected with a part of the spiral shaped conductive material body (2).
