<p>Provided is a highly reliable thermoelectric conversion module wherein a P-type thermoelectric conversion material and an N-type thermoelectric conversion material are surely insulated from each other on a connecting surface between the thermoelectric conversion materials and occupancy of the thermoelectric conversion element is high. A method for manufacturing such thermoelectric conversion module is also provided. In a thermoelectric conversion module wherein a P-type thermoelectric conversion material (1) and an N-type thermoelectric conversion material (2) are electrically connected, the P-type thermoelectric conversion material and the N-type thermoelectric conversion material are connected to each other with insulating material particles (ceramic spherical particles) (11) therebetween so that the thermoelectric conversion materials are not electrically continuous, and the insulating material particles (11) are connected to the P-type thermoelectric conversion material with a first adhesive material (21) therebetween, and are connected to the N-type thermoelectric conversion material with a second adhesive material (22) therebetween. The P-type thermoelectric conversion material and the N-type thermoelectric conversion material are electrically connected in regions other than the regions where the thermoelectric conversion materials are connected to each other with the first and the second adhesive materials (21, 22) and the insulating material particles (11) between the thermoelectric conversion materials.</p> |
