<p>The invention relates to a device for improving the performance of an injection internal combustion engine, which is installed in series or in parallel in relation to the air intake duct between the air filter (2) and the intake manifold of the engine (1). The device includes an ozone-generating reactor (3), in which the air is ionised to form ozone molecules, and a static mixer, in which the air and ozone mixture is homogenised under the effect of the suction of the engine (1), catalysing the ozone molecules into oxygen under the effect of the temperature in this zone. The reactor (3) is controlled by an electronic control unit (7) which receives different parameters from multiple sensors located in the device and/or engine.</p> |
