PURPOSE: An automatic inner pressure testing system of a tube-shaped metal container using a robot is provided to automatically perform all processes which are necessary for all processes by one robot. CONSTITUTION: A loading conveyor(7) of a tube-shaped metal container(10), a water charging device(3), an inner testing device(4), a drain drying device(6), and an unloading conveyor(8) are successively installed along the rotation work radius(R) which a robot arm(12) of an articulated robot(1) forms. The articulated robot comprises a robot body(11), a turn-table and a front steering wheel(14). The front steering wheel is installed on the front end of the robot arm to be rotated. A lifting bar(64) moves along an ascent/descent frame(62) by an ascent/descent cylinder(63). |
