PURPOSE: An umbrella with a raincoat is provided to protect a user from diagonally falling rain without covering with an umbrella. CONSTITUTION: An umbrella with a raincoat comprises an umbrella main body and transparent vinyl film connecting edge of the umbrella. When the umbrella is opened, the transparent vinyl film is mounted in a cylindrical form along the diameter of the umbrella. The transparent vinyl covers human body in a circular form and reached to the length of knee. |
