<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mill ends stocker management device for, even when the number of mill ends stored in a mill ends stocker reaches the regulated number of storage, effectively using a mill ends stocker by preferentially storing mill ends whose reuse value is high, and for reducing the waste of material disposal. <P>SOLUTION: This mill ends stocker management device is configured to manage a mill ends stocker 3 installed with a plate material working machine 2. When mill ends S are newly generated in such a state that the number of storage of the mill ends stored in the mill ends stocker 3 reaches the regulated number of storage just like the mill ends stocker 3 becomes full, discrimination is carried out by a full time warehousing discriminating means 24. In this case, the evaluation value of each mill ends under storage is compared with the evaluation value of newly generated mill ends S.
