PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide contents without the need of a communication charge or an information charge limiting object persons.

SOLUTION: The content distribution system includes the content distribution device which executes the processing of distributing contents to the mobile terminal of a user, and the content distribution device includes a content distribution means for distributing free contents using Bluetooth (R), and a distribution area limiting means for limiting a radio area using Bluetooh inside a prescribed range.
