PHOTOSENSITIVE COLORING COMPOSITION AND COLOR FILTER SUBSTRATE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive coloring composition which is suitable for a color filter material excellent in exposure sensitivity, developability, a pattern sectional shape, and excellent in adhesion to an overcoat layer, and to provide a color filter substrate formed by using the composition.

SOLUTION: The number of urethane groups in the solid content of the photosensitive red coloring composition is made to be 4.0×10-4-2.0×10-3mol/g, and the pigment in the solid content is less than 35 mass%, the number of urethane groups in the solid content of the photosensitive green coloring composition is made to be 1.4×10-4-1.5×10-3mol/g, and the pigment in the solid content is less than 33 mass%, and the number of urethane groups in the solid content of the photosensitive blue coloring composition is made to be 1.8×10-4-1.5×10-3mol/g, and the pigment in the solid content is less than 30 mass%, and the color filter is formed by using the photosensitive coloring compositions.
