PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is impossible conventionally to simultaneously measure blood flow changes caused by the brain activity and electric signals and to sufficiently acquire the state of the brain.

SOLUTION: The brain state is sufficiently grasped by this real-time simultaneous measuring instrument which is provided with: a hemoglobin information receiving section receiving a simultaneous signal outputted from a simultaneous signal output device and sequentially acquiring hemoglobin information from a NIRS brain-measuring instrument acquiring the hemoglobin information, or information related to the amount of hemoglobin of the head part of a subject, at a timing of receiving the simultaneous signal; a brain wave information receiving section receiving the simultaneous signal outputted from the simultaneous signal output device and sequentially receiving the brain wave information from the brain wave measuring instrument acquiring the brain wave information of the subject at the timing of receiving the simultaneous signal; a simultaneous processing section performing a process of synchronizing the hemoglobin information with the brain wave information; and an output section outputting the synchronized hemoglobin information and brain wave information.
