<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visually recognizing performance for distinguish between a lighted state and a non-lighted state even under a bright environment such as the daytime. <P>SOLUTION: The electric bulb covering body is configured by a cylindrical body 143 formed of translucent elastic polymeric material having a color of a white system, and having an opening 141 at one end and a bottom portion 142 at the other end.
