<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a common mode generated by differences in bending regions and wiring lengths causes distortion in a transmission waveform when transmitting a high-speed signal on a differential transmission line. <P>SOLUTION: The differential transmission line is composed of a planar and parallel plate shaped dielectric substrate 10 which has a front surface and a rear surface substantially parallel to each other, a grounding conductor 11 formed on a rear surface of the dielectric substrate 10, a dielectric layer 12 formed on the grounding conductor 11, a grounding conductor 13 formed on the dielectric layer 12, and a pair of signal conductors 2a, 2b formed to be parallel to each other on the front surface of the dielectric substrate 10. A micro strip line 20a as a first transmission line is formed of the signal conductor 2a and the grounding conductors 11, 13. A micro strip line 20b as a second transmission line is formed of the signal conductors 2b and the grounding conductors 11, 13. The grounding conductor 11 includes slots 11a, 11b formed to be substantially orthogonal and three-dimensionally intersecting with respect to the longitudinal direction of the signal conductors 2a, 2b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
