<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of an unpacking machine , which dismantles again compacted packed body of scrap materials, by being made small in size and simple in structure, and to quantitatively discharge in accordance with works. <P>SOLUTION: A casing guides a compacted packed body 10 by tilting it onto a rotary dismantling means 30 from the diagonal upside of the same. The rotary dismantling means 30 has a constitution wherein a plurality of first rotary blades 32 provided with a plurality of triangular blades 35 demonstrating a tearing function when rotating in one direction and eccentrically provided on the outer circumferential parts with the blades toward the rear side in the cutting rotation direction being further separated from a rotary center; and a plurality of second rotary blades 33 provided with the plurality of triangular blades 35 demonstrating the tearing function when rotating in the other direction and eccentrically provided on the outer circumferential parts with the blades toward the rear side in the cutting rotation direction being further separated from the rotary center, are mixedly set in the rotary shaft direction. The rotary dismantling means 30 repeatedly rotates in the normal and reverse directions between both side fixed blades 50 mounted on the casing to dismantle the compacted packed body 10 on the dismantling means 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
