<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition in which dispersibility of an inorganic filler is enhanced and processability is enhanced in the rubber composition formulated with the inorganic filler. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rubber composition is characterized in that 1-100 pts.wt. of the inorganic filler and 0.01-10 pts.wt. of a copolymer having a segment comprising an aliphatic ester polymer and a segment comprising a diene-based polymer are formulated based on 100 pts.wt. of the diene-based rubber.
