<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying truck of an escalator capable of suppressing the height of a lower frame assembly bent in a V shape and stably moving it. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of upright struts 4 are provided on an installation base 3 of the conveying truck 1 of the escalator, and holding members 5 capable of holding both side parts of the V shape of the lower frame assembly 18a are provided to each upper edge part of the struts 4 respectively. Therefore, the heights H of the lower frame assembly 18a and the conveying truck 1 can be adjusted by changing the installation points of the holding members 5 and the lower frame assembly 18a. In addition, a contact point between the lower vertex of the V shape of the lower frame assembly 18a and the installation base 3, and the installation points of both side parts of the V shape of the lower frame assembly 18a and the holding members 5 are each supported as fulcrums.
