PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet which has no deformation of a shape formed on a surface and no curl and no flexure of the sheet even under endurance test though the sheet has excellent formability and is thin. SOLUTION: In the optical sheet, both side surfaces consist of the same thermoplastic resin and at least one side surface is given a rugged shape. Whole film thickness of the optical sheet is 20 to 60μm, water absorption of the optical sheet is 0 to 0.1% and glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic resin is 100 to 130°C.
