PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satisfactorily viscous vibration insulation buffering member which is excellent in both vibration damping performance (vibration insulation) and shock absorbing performance (buffering) and has temporal stability and excellent mounting workability. SOLUTION: As there are a peak of tanδresulting from a base polymer and a peak of tanδresulting from a polymer filling material, the property resulting from the base polymer and the property resulting from the polymer filling material remain as they are, without canceling each other. Thus, the vibration insulation buffering member which is excellent in both vibration damping performance and shock absorbing performance and has stability over time and excellent mounting work efficiency can be provided. As the peak temperatures of tanδare found around a temperature of a glass transition point of the base polymer and around a temperature of a glass transition point of the polymer filling material, high vibration damping performance can be exhibited around both temperatures.
