PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic circuit, facilitating starting of an electric motor. SOLUTION: This hydraulic circuit includes: the star-delta started electric motor M; and a pump 11 driven by the electric motor M to force-feed a liquid to the hydraulic circuit 3, wherein the circuit includes an accumulator 5 for accumulating surplus liquid discharged from the pump 11 and a hydraulic motor 20, which is a hydraulic motor 20 for assisting starting of the electric motor M and driven by the accumulator 5.
