<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception device or the like which can perform accurate decoding by a simple method without the reduction in communication efficiency even in a noisy environment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a reception device 20, an OFDM demodulator 25 calculates a frequency spectrum by FFT of a reception signal at intervals of a symbol time, and a demapper 26 demodulates an OFDM signal through the OFDM demodulator 25 to generate soft decision values for use in decoding of error correction codes, per sub-carrier. A target interference amount estimating part 27 estimates a target interference amount in a wireless communication system 1 on the basis of the frequency spectrum calculated by the OFDM demodulator 25, and a weight control part 28 sets a weight coefficient so as to reduce the degree of contribution to decoding of error correction codes if the target interference amount estimated by the target interference amount estimating part 27 is equal to or larger than a noise threshold, and at least part of soft decision values generated by the demapper 26 is multiplied by this weight coefficient to correct the soft decision values.
