PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide film for restraining an optical connection loss in connection to a multicore optical connector. SOLUTION: This optical waveguide film includes a plurality of core parts 94A-94H arranged in parallel along an X-direction within the same layer, and a clad part 95 for covering a side face of each of the core parts 94A-94H, and comprising a resin having a light refractive index lower than those of the core parts 94A-94H. A space between the core parts adjacent in a Y-direction orthogonal to the X-direction out of the core parts 94A-94H is varied along the X-direction in at least one part of area, out of the whole optical waveguide area, in the optical waveguide film 10.
