PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine driven generator which prevents water included in air from being led inside the generator. SOLUTION: The engine driven generator 10 is provided with an air inlet duct 47 which forms duct space 48 communicating with an air introduction opening 42, an air inlet opening 51 which communicates with the duct space while being opened downward a lower portion 49 of the air inlet duct, a partition wall 52 which is erected from the air inlet opening 51 and is provided opposing an approximately lower half portion of the air introduction opening, and a baffle board 54 which is overhung from the partition wall sideways against the duct space so as to oppose the air inlet opening.
