PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily establish connection between remote devices connected to a network and remote-controlled. SOLUTION: The connection establishing apparatus for establishing connection between remote devices is provided with a remote control means for controlling each of connected remote devices using HyperText Transfer Protocol based on a predetermined universal resource locator assigned to the respective remote devices.
