PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic resin powder coating composition having excellent fluidity and obtained by improving insufficiency in a coating process while maintaining basic characteristics of an organic resin powder coating material, especially an epoxy resin powder coating material, an acrylic resin powder coating material and a polyester resin powder coating material. SOLUTION: The organic resin powder coating composition contains a hydrophobic spherical silicone powder having 0.05-1.0 μm particle diameters in the organic resin powder coating material, especially the epoxy resin powder coating material, the acrylic resin powder coating material and the polyester resin powder coating material.
